Literature Text

'Lem, those tragedies you're writing for
It was something that I've read before
Though your stories may be sad
It was the best I had
What all the siblings did
Remembered by all kids
(remembered by all kids)

'Lem, the Baudelaires endured despair
You wrote that they're wanted everywhere
Yes, the children tried to hide
Their lovely guardian died
The villain wants to find
Their fortune left behind
(their fortune left behind)

They were polite, prim and clean
Now they're broke, sad and grim
They were polite, prim and clean
Now they're broke, sad and grim

You, told us to scream and run away
But the Baudelaires have made my day
People pity at their fare
You cried right in your chair
About the girl you missed
That girl's name was Beatrice.
(my friend) Like 'Lem
(like 'Lem) Like 'Lem...
I should've wrote this during Daniel Handler's birthday last February, but oh well... I made this as a tribute to the man behind the Baudelaire adventures - Daniel Handler aka Lemony Snicket, to the tune of "Ben" by Michael Jackson.

GOD Bless and enjoy...
